The Brief
UNICEF Tanzania's annual back-to-school campaign required 25,000 branded backpacks, 50,000 notebooks, 100,000 pencils, and 500 school banners distributed to 200 schools across all regions of Tanzania. The campaign had to launch on a fixed date (school opening) with zero tolerance for delays.
How We Solved It
We set up a 90-day production plan with 6-week manufacturing and 4-week distribution. We sourced and quality-controlled all materials in our warehouse. 3 distribution hubs in Dar, Arusha and Mwanza coordinated regional distribution to schools. Our logistics team used real-time tracking to confirm every school received its full kit.
What We Produced
The Outcome
All 200 schools received their full kits 5 days before the launch date. The campaign reached 100% of target schools. UNICEF has renewed the partnership for 3 consecutive years.
